When you schedule your appointment
- You confirm that nobody in your household has symptoms or has been exposed to someone with symptoms.
- No cancellation or rescheduling fees: If your status changes, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees. If you need to reschedule your service date/time, please visit your account page or call us at +1-800-969-2591.
- Our technicians perform an online health check each time they accept a new appointment. They also confirm that they do not show any symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone with symptoms.
During your appointment
- We will let you know when the technician is on the way to your appointment so you can be prepared for the technician’s arrival.
- During your appointment, please be aware of the following safety precautions:
Your Technician
- Wears a mask and/or face shield
- Sanitizes hands before the appointment
- Will not shake hands
- Practices social distancing at all times
- Cleans all surfaces that were touched before leaving
- Service completion will only require verbal confirmation and no signature will be needed
